You won’t just “fill positions.”

You’ll build the talent engine that powers every kitchen, classroom, and campaign at Truffle Nation.

You’ll learn how a high-growth education brand actually scales — from sourcing top creators for our marketing team to finding chefs who can train India’s next pastry entrepreneurs.

Here’s what we expect you to do

  • Manage end-to-end hiring: job posting → sourcing → interviewing → onboarding

  • Write magnetic job descriptions that attract passionate, skilled people — not seat-fillers

  • Source candidates creatively (LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, Naukri, Internshala, referrals, etc.)

  • Build and manage a candidate CRM to track time-to-hire, offer rate, and quality of hire

  • Partner with department heads (Culinary, Marketing, Sales, Ops) to plan future roles

  • Maintain our recruitment dashboards, SOPs, and hiring playbooks

  • Create talent scorecards, feedback loops, and performance reports to improve hiring quality

  • Act as the bridge between talent and brand — making sure every new hire strengthens our culture
