We’re hiring an experienced education counsellor for our Hyderabad campus. You’ll speak with warm student and parent enquiries, understand their goals, recommend the right Truffle Nation programme, and own the follow-up until they enrol.

The Role

What you’ll actually do

You’ll counsel warm enquiries from aspiring bakers and their families in Telugu, Hindi and English. Your job is to understand what they want to achieve, recommend the right programme, answer questions clearly, and manage disciplined follow-up until they make a confident decision.

Handle warm enquiries

Speak with students and parents who have already shown interest in Truffle Nation. Respond quickly, understand their goals, and qualify whether the programme is genuinely suitable.

Counsel, don’t just pitch

Explain curriculum, schedules, fees and career paths in plain language. Help applicants choose the right course instead of forcing every enquiry toward the same answer.

Own every follow-up

Keep the CRM updated, schedule the next conversation, recover missed calls, coordinate campus visits, and make sure promising applicants never disappear because follow-up was weak.

Own your conversion numbers

Track enquiry-to-enrolment conversion, follow-up speed and collections. Review calls with the sales team and improve the parts of your counselling process that lose trust or momentum.

Who You Are

This role is for you if…

You have at least one year of education counselling or admissions experience and can explain what you sold.
You have handled 20+ fresh enquiries a day without letting follow-ups fall through.
You can discuss your conversion rate, monthly collections or target achievement using real numbers.
You use a CRM every day and treat every next step as a commitment.
You can speak confidently with both students and parents, including difficult fee conversations.
You’re fluent in Telugu, Hindi and English and can counsel comfortably in all three.
You can work full-time, on-site at Maharshi House in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm. No remote.

This role is not for you if…

You have no education counselling or admissions experience.
You want a remote, hybrid or part-time position.
You avoid repeated follow-up because you think one call should be enough.
You cannot recall your past targets, conversion rate or collections.
You do not use a CRM consistently.
