We already have the chefs, the creators, the editors and the kitchens. What's missing is the person who can walk into a shoot, rig it, light it, shoot it, and hand over footage that cuts the way it was framed to cut.
What you'll actually do
- Shoot for social, campaigns, courses and brand films — food content, classroom energy, chef craft, student stories
- Own food videography — texture, steam, gloss, crumb. If it doesn't look worth eating, it doesn't ship.
- Run the gimbal — smooth motion shots, cinematic b-roll, reel-ready sequences
- Set up lighting, framing and composition for a premium look, on a schedule that doesn't wait for perfect light
- Cut your own rough edits in Premiere Pro — trim, sequence, clean up, so nothing reaches the editors raw and unsorted
- Basic colour correction and grading so every piece looks like it came from the same brand
- Manage footage, files and equipment — cards backed up the day they're shot, projects named so anyone can find them
- Work with the marketing, content and chef teams on brief, and keep up with where food content and short-form are moving
Must-have — read these honestly
- 2+ years of professional videography experience
- Hands-on with Sony cameras — you know the menus, not just the shutter
- Strong gimbal work — stable, cinematic movement, not shaky handheld with stabilisation slapped on
- Food videography sense — you know how to make food look its best on camera, and why most people fail at it
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro — you can refine and edit your own footage
- Basic colour correction and grading
- A showreel of work you personally shot, that you can walk us through shot by shot
- In Delhi, ready to be at our Saket campus full-time
Do NOT apply if
- Your showreel is other people's footage that you edited
- You've only shot weddings or events and never shot for a brand
- You need someone else to decide the frame, the light, or the lens
- You've ever finished a shoot without backing up the card. Ask any working videographer why this one is on the list.
Bonus points
- food or lifestyle portfolio
- short-form experience for Instagram and YouTube
- Lightroom or Photoshop
- drone or macro work
- you've grown a page with your own camera
Why this seat is different
