Sales Career Internship — Fresher to Setter

• Months 1–3 — Complete an intensive sales training internship with a ₹5,000 monthly stipend
• After training — High performers may receive an opportunity to join Truffle Nation as a Sales Setter
• As a Setter — Total monthly earnings can reach up to ₹50,000, including base pay and performance incentives
• Within one year — Exceptional performers may progress to a Closer role, where total monthly earnings can reach up to ₹1,00,000

• Sales foundations — understanding prospects, asking better questions and identifying genuine needs
• Communication — running clear, confident conversations in Hindi and English
• Setting — qualifying leads, creating urgency ethically and booking strong sales appointments
• Follow-up — staying organised, using a CRM and moving prospects forward without becoming pushy
• Objection handling — understanding what a prospect really means and responding with clarity
• Performance — working with targets, reviewing your numbers and improving through feedback
• Professional discipline — preparation, punctuality, ownership and doing the work even when motivation drops

• Daily learning, roleplays and practical sales exercises
• Call reviews and direct coaching from the sales team
• Practice with scripts, discovery questions, follow-up systems and objection handling
• Regular assessments on communication, aptitude, consistency and sales readiness
• A ₹5,000 monthly training stipend

• You are a fresher or have less than one year of sales experience
• You are fluent and confident in both Hindi and English
• You genuinely want sales to become your career—not a temporary option
• You are hardworking, competitive and willing to practise until you improve
• You take feedback without becoming defensive
• You can commit to the complete three-month training period
• You are comfortable working full-time from our Delhi campus

• You are looking for a remote or part-time internship
• You want a certificate without intensive practice and performance reviews
• You are uncomfortable speaking to new people, following up or working toward targets
• You expect the Setter role or future earnings to be guaranteed
• You cannot commit to the ₹5,000 monthly stipend during the three-month training period

Candidates who successfully complete the program and meet our performance standards may be offered a Sales Setter position. In that role, total pay can reach up to ₹50,000 per month through base pay and incentives. Exceptional performers who develop strong closing ability may progress to a Closer role within a year, with the possibility of earning up to ₹1,00,000 per month in total compensation.

Truffle Nation campus, Saket, Delhi. Full-time and on-site.

₹5,000 per month for the first three months. Any subsequent employment offer, role progression and incentive earnings depend on successful completion, available positions and demonstrated performance.
