The Role

What you’ll actually do

Two tracks. One online-course admissions team. Setters qualify and book the right prospects; Closers counsel them through an informed enrolment decision.

Setters: qualify and book

Speak with warm enquiries from aspiring bakers and their families. Understand their goals, qualify course fit, book suitable consultations and follow up so prospects attend.

Closers: counsel and enrol

Run the consultation, explain the online curriculum, learning format and fees, answer objections and help suitable applicants make a confident enrolment decision.

Own every follow-up

Keep the CRM updated after every conversation. Schedule clear next steps, recover missed calls and make sure promising enquiries never disappear because follow-up was weak.

Own your performance

Setters track qualified meetings and attendance. Closers track enrolments and collections. Review calls, practise your craft and improve the numbers you own.

Who You Are

This role is for you if…

  • You have at least one year of direct sales or education counselling experience and can explain what you personally achieved.
  • You can discuss your targets, meetings booked, conversion rates or collections using real numbers.
  • You’re a student of sales. You study practitioners like Saad, Alex Hormozi or Jeremy Miner — or other sales mentors — and test what you learn.
  • You welcome call reviews and direct feedback, and turn coaching into action.
  • You use a CRM consistently and follow through on the next step you promised.
  • You can counsel confidently in Hindi and English and recommend a course based on the learner’s needs.
  • You want base pay plus performance incentives and take ownership of your results.
  • You can work full-time from our Saket, Delhi office.

  • You cannot explain your own contribution to past sales results.
