About Truffle Nation

We're India's largest pastry education brand. We run an offline campus in Delhi (₹1.5L–₹3.65L diploma programs) and a 6-week online certification (₹25K). Our acquisition machine is a paid webinar funnel that processes ~9,400 registrations/month. Our founder/CEO has been running marketing himself — and we've built it to ₹12L/month online with a 42% net margin.

We're done with the founder-as-marketer phase. We need an operator.

The Role

You will own the entire online funnel P&L — every rupee in, every rupee out. Specifically:

Meta ads (3 active ad accounts, ~₹18K/day current spend), creative testing pipeline, hook/angle development, retargeting.

Webinar reg pages, VSL→call funnel for high-ticket online ticket buyers (₹25K+), email/WhatsApp nurture via AiSensy + Brevo.

This is a full-stack growth seat, not a media buying seat. You'll work with our in-house ad creative team, sales team, and CRM dev — but the strategy, the funnel architecture, the conversion economics, and the number at the bottom of the page are yours.

You're not building from zero. The product converts. The brand has 100K+ students. The webinar plays. The CRM is built (custom). The ad creative engine is in place. Three active Meta ad accounts, full CAPI/pixel setup, dedicated sales team in-house.

What's missing: a single operator who can pull the full funnel together end-to-end and 5x the profit.

You Are A Strong Fit If…

You've personally driven ₹1Cr+ in monthly revenue at a previous company or client engagement. You can name the company, the offer, the months, the ad accounts.
You've built paid webinar funnels (FB→reg page→show-up→pitch→close) end-to-end and know what makes show-up rate go from 20% to 45%.
You've built VSL → book-a-call funnels for high-ticket offers (₹50K+ ticket size) and understand the unit economics of pre-call indoctrination, no-show recovery, and CAC-to-LTV math.
You're a Meta media buyer who actually buys media — not a strategist who briefs a buyer. You've spent ₹50L+ of your own decisions on Meta. You understand Andromeda, the post-iOS attribution mess, cost cap vs. lowest cost, ABO vs. CBO, creative diversity scoring.
You currently work at an agency, freelance shop, or growth team — and you're tired of context-switching across 8-10 clients. You want one offer, one P&L, deep ownership.
You speak the language of profit, not impressions. You'd rather drop ad spend and improve margin than chase a vanity revenue number.

You Are NOT A Fit If…

Your wins are all "I helped grow X" and you can't separate your contribution from the team's.
You've only worked on low-ticket / e-commerce / SaaS funnels and have never run a high-ticket coaching, education, or info-product funnel. The mechanics are different.
You want to "lead a team" before you've personally built the engine.
You can't show a track record at ₹1Cr+/month. We will verify.

Compensation

Base: ₹12L/year, paid monthly

Performance Bonus: Up to ₹12L/year, tied to incremental net profit growth on our online funnel. Structured as:

5% of incremental annual profit above current baseline (₹60L/year), capped at ₹12L
Quarterly milestone releases — you don't wait 12 months to see your number
Two guardrails: net margin ≥ 40%, no shrinking-to-profit gaming

At target (₹50L/month × 50% margin): You earn the full ₹12L bonus + base = ₹24L total cash.

Beyond target: We'll discuss equity. If you take this from ₹12L → ₹50L/month and we trust each other after 18 months, there's a vesting grant on the table.

The math: You'll be creating ₹2.4Cr in incremental annual profit. We pay you 10% of that. The other 90% builds the company. Both sides win.
